Welcome to Partner Specialty Rentals. By renting equipment, requesting services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Rental Services
Partner Specialty Rentals provides specialized equipment rentals, including but not limited to:
- Construction equipment
- Specialty tools
- Industrial and job-site equipment
All rentals are subject to availability and approval.
2. Rental Agreements
- All rentals require a completed agreement prior to equipment release.
- The agreement will outline:
- Rental period
- Equipment details
- Pricing and fees
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in the rental agreement.
- Deposits may be required prior to rental.
- Late payments may result in:
- Additional fees
- Suspension of services
- Retrieval of equipment
4. Rental Period & Returns
- Rental periods begin at the time of pickup or delivery.
- Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time.
- Late returns may incur additional daily or hourly charges.
5. Equipment Use & Responsibility
The renter agrees to:
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Operate equipment safely and in accordance with all laws and regulations
- Ensure only qualified individuals operate the equipment
The renter is fully responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage
- Misuse or negligent operation
6. Inspection & Condition
- Equipment is provided in working condition.
- Renters must inspect equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of the equipment’s condition.
7. Maintenance & Repairs
- The renter is responsible for basic daily maintenance (fuel, lubrication, etc.).
- Any breakdown, malfunction, or damage must be reported immediately.
- Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
8. Damage, Loss, or the theft
- The renter is responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- In the event of theft, the renter must:
- Notify Partner Specialty Rentals immediately
- File a police report
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.
9. Delivery & pickup
- Delivery and pickup services may be available for an additional fee.
- The renter is responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery conditions.
- Delays caused by site conditions may result in additional charges.
10. Cancellations
- Rental cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
- Late cancellations may result in fees or deposit forfeiture.
11. Safety & Liability
- The renter assumes all risks associated with equipment use.
- Partner Specialty Rentals is not liable for:
- Injury, death, or property damage resulting from equipment use
- Improper operation or misuse
- The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Partner Specialty Rentals from any claims or damages.
12. Insurance requirements
- Renters may be required to provide proof of insurance.
- Insurance must cover:
- Equipment damage
- Liability for injury or property damage
Failure to provide insurance may result in denial of rental.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partner Specialty Rentals shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business or project delays
14. Website Use
- All website content is for informational purposes only.
- Logos, branding, and materials may not be used without permission.
15. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
